This is a new, four-storey building with a total surface area of 1,960 m2 and a basement of 550 m2, for which we conducted all the studies and which was constructed according to
them. It includes 42 single rooms and 18 double rooms with the necessary auxiliary spaces (W.C in each room), common use areas such as overstay and entertainment and auxiliary spaces in the basement (storage, parking spaces, installations). The building was shaped with elements from the local architecture.
