This is a historical building outside the prison compound in Corfu during the age of the British rule. For this project, we conducted all the studies, which were approved by the Ioannina Ephorate of Antiquities. It is a two-storey building with a total surface area of 820 m2. Work included: reinforcing of the walls, construction of new floors on the first floor using metal beams and sheet iron on top of which reinforced concrete was poured, construction of a new roof with metal lattices and Corfu style roof tiles, all the building’s external shaping work and the electromechanical work as well as the external forming work where the building was fully restored to its original form.
